Stanley Callender Jr. decided to become a Realtor after personal experience. This specialist in relocation, military, new home buyers and new construction found his calling at Coldwell Banker Advantage.

“In the process of buying our home, we found out things we did not know about buying a home, which lead me to become a Realtor to help others with the experience from beginning to end,” Callender says. “Knowing how it is to be a first-time buyer or seller, I make sure the process is smooth and not stressful for my clients.”

This former gym manager understands the importance of helping achieve great things. As a Realtor, he helps in a different way.

“I love solving people’s problems and taking the pressure off people during the home buying process or selling of their home,” he says. “I’m helping people accomplish their dreams.”

In his free time, Callender enjoys sports, pets and volunteering in the community.
